Instead of flowers, chocolates or jewelry, I'm donating my Valentine's Day to Sylvie.
Every Valentine's Day, the average American spends $168. This year, could you help me raise that much for research to help Sylvie?
Sylvie is a vivacious little 2-year-old who captures the heart of everyone she meets. She was diagnosed with neurofibromatosis (NF) at four months of age and has been through more in her second year of life than most people go through in their lifetime.
Living with NF, she has tumors growing all throughout her body and a myriad of other complications. One such complication, tibial dysplasia, left her tibia and fibula fractured three weeks after her first birthday. It wouldn’t heal and amputation was a real possibility. She underwent a 9-hour major reconstruction surgery with bone grafts and intramedullary rods when she was only 16-months-old!
NO CHILD SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS, so I'm doing my part to find a cure for NF.
With the $18.6 Billion spent each year on Valentine's Day, let's put some of that money to better use. By donating to Cupid Charities, every dollar raised will provide critical funding that will allow for treatments, clinical trials and ultimately will fund the research to find a cure for NF.
And the 2 million worldwide battling NF.
Donate to my Cupid Charities fundraising today.
